the catalan statut ist's a procedure and laws for " Cataluña" for the "cataluña" be more independient and have a autogoverment in the limits of constituation!! I not to explain it better because it's more extrange!! I think the catalan statut it's a grupo of procedureand this say the cataluña it's more independient!!
